As your Representative:

As your representative, our RCIC can provide advice, consultation, and / or guidance. As your  authorized representative, our RCIC can conduct business on your behalf with IRCC for all stages of your application process or in a proceeding for immigration related matter with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). As your IRB counsel, our RCIC can represent you before the Immigration Division for Detention Review & Inadmissibility Hearing, before the Immigration Appeals Division for certain Removal Order or Spousal & Parent Sponsorship Appeals. Likewise, feel free to reach out to us to represent to the Refugee Division or Refugee Appeal Division for Refugee Claims related matters. We strive to make our representation well-prepared so we support our client application with well-reasoned submissions efficiently, fairly and in accordance with the law.

Collaborations:

We are collaborating with Bayanihan Immigration Canada. “Bayanihan” is a Filipino value that means to help each other, especially in times of significant needs, calamities, and emergencies. From the root word, “bayan” which means our land or community, we can also derive the word “bayani” which means hero in “bayanihan.”

This collaboration denotes the innate desire to think of the plight of one’s neighbourhood and how to help out the other members of the community. Thus, in serving others, one becomes a hero. Furthermore, when it is a collaboration of a group of people supporting each other, then everyone becomes a hero. Thus, the “Bayanihan” spirit is present as unity and cooperation are demonstrated in working together for the common goal.

 RCIC Profiles:

Tharakkad R Kaushik (TRK) is a Canadian Immigration Consultant and a registered member in good standing with the College of Immigration Consultants, Canada. He is also Commissioner of Oaths for taking Affidavits in the Province of Ontario for Immigration related matters. TRK is authorized to represent clients and appear as counsel before the independent administrative tribunal, the Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

TRK is an Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from IIT Delhi specializing in Info Systems. He has with him 20+ years of Corporate experience prior to his current role and has worked in a variety of industries in multi-cultural, multilingual and multi-location settings. He has worked for many multinational global companies including PwC, Computer Sciences Corp., IBM & CenturyLink. Currently, he is the Director for Aim North Immigration Services Inc. & also the Founder Director of Canadian Immigration Communications Network Inc. (CIC Network).

Marites Sumagui, RCIC was born and raised in the humble yet vibrant City of Lucena in Quezon Province, Philippines. In 1994, she finished her BA in Communication degree from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. She worked in the banking, direct selling, international relations, and diplomacy offices in the Philippines. She came to Canada as a Temporary Resident in 2000 and got her working permit in 2001. She went through the immigration process and became a permanent resident and Canadian citizen. As someone who believes in the value of learning, she took Teaching English as a Second Language course from the Vancouver Career College in 2004.

With her intrinsic desire to help others, she developed an interest in immigration law as families and friends came to visit, work and immigrate to Canada. Thus, she pursued the course on Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures Program at the University of British Columbia. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC# R708856). She is also in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants Organization.

Apart from immigration consultancy, she remains committed as a public servant, devotes her time as a trainer, voice talent, host and performer at community events.

English is primary langauge for Services, but with basic support for Filippino / Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada speaking clients Our services extend to customers via virtual platform around the world.
